Terms & Conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence all bespoke projects. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to final delivery or dispatch. Production timelines begin once the deposit has been received.

Project scope, deliverables, and inclusions will be outlined prior to commencement. Reasonable revisions are included during the design phase; however, excessive changes or revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

All concepts, designs, and custom-developed works remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing. No design may be reproduced, adapted, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

Any materials, assets, or content supplied by the client remain the responsibility of the client. The client warrants that they hold the necessary rights for use. We accept no liability for any infringement arising from supplied materials.

All pieces are made to order. Approval of designs, specifications, or samples constitutes final sign-off. Once approved, orders cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all payments are final. Deposits are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued once approval has been granted, except where required under applicable law.

Each piece is individually crafted. Subtle variations in colour, finish, texture, and form are inherent to the process and contribute to the uniqueness of the final work. These are not considered defects.

Delivery or dispatch will only proceed once full payment has been received. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary.
Ownership of goods remains with the business until payment has been received in full. Risk in the goods passes to the client upon dispatch.

The client is responsible for the appropriate use, handling, and installation of all products. We are not liable for damage or loss resulting from improper use, installation, or environmental conditions beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights the client may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required, we will provide remedies including repair, replacement, or refund for goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to supplier disruptions, shipping delays, or unforeseen production constraints.

If a project is delayed due to client inaction or lack of communication for an extended period, we reserve the right to pause, reschedule, or close the project. Additional fees may apply to recommence work.

We reserve the right to document and feature completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Engagement of our services, payment of a deposit, or approval of any work constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
